Synostik, funded by the European Union, is constantly training its employees in order to strengthen and expand its range of services and remain competitive on the market. The approved standardized further training in requirements management is a decisive factor for the success of projects and important for new clients.
In the service sector relating to vehicle development and the correspondingly important diagnosis and safeguarding of functions, a decisive factor is the right requirements management.
The aim of the project is to best qualify the synostics for new clients and new projects with the help of the trained employee and to expand the service portfolio to include the “IREB-Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering — Foundation Level” area.
The training enables Synostik to expand its range of services and to strengthen and expand competitiveness.

Synostik, funded by the European Union, provides employees with training to enable them to use the CANoe tool in a targeted manner and to carry out corresponding tasks and adjustments in it, as well as to support the respective customers in using the tool.
In the automotive industry, it is very important to have special skills in specific programs such as CANoe in order to be able to use the full range of functions and offer them to customers.
The approved CANoe Ethernet training enables the trained employees to use this tool in its full range of functions and thus offer added value for customers.
The availability of several suitably trained people to use the CANoe program increases the range of services offered by Synostik GmbH in line with the service area.

Synostik would like to expand its portfolio and diversify further with the Managing Director Training Parts 1 and 2 with examination and build up the area of IT security with the necessary audits for other companies.

The market in the field of intelligent sensors is innovative, qualitative and quantitatively far from saturated, as efficient and intelligent sensor technology is the basis for the various megatrends. New innovations offer great opportunities for smaller start-ups in particular to participate in this market, which is primarily characterized by industry.
The research project aims at the potential and possibilities of intelligent sensors and their application within megatrends.
At the end of the project, several product ideas and new service concepts in the area of intelligent sensor data will be available.
