IDuring your training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), you will be taught many different subjects. If faults occur, they are on hand with modern diagnostic systems and help users with application problems.

The tasks you will learn during your training are regulated by the ordinance on vocational training in the field of information and telecommunications technology. Our trainees at Synostik GmbH are integrated into our ongoing projects and are therefore already part of the project team. As part of the team, they are given tasks that have to be completed independently. In this way, we support our trainees in various skills such as social skills, technical skills and methodological skills. Our trainees are allowed to contribute their own ideas and take part in training courses that are important to them.
