Overview

As experts in “system diagnostics”, with a focus on the product areas of electrics and electronics, we have been working with an international team of engineers for innovative system solutions since 2011. “System diagnostics” describes the development of methodologies, processes, data and tools that are integrated or applied throughout the entire development process and beyond to improve the diagnostic efficiency of a system.Die "Systemdiagnostik" beschreibt die Entwicklung von Methodiken, Prozesse, Daten und Tools, die zur besseren Diagnoseeffizienz eines Systems im gesamten Entwicklungsprozess und darüber hinaus integriert bzw. angewendet werden.

IDuring your training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), you will be taught many different subjects. Among other things, you will learn how to differentiate between operating systems and their areas of application and what you need to consider when adapting and configuring them, how to apply programming logic and methods and what you need to pay attention to when testing systems. IT specialists specializing in system integration (m/f/d) are responsible for planning and configuring IT systems. This includes installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems and networks according to customer requirements. If faults occur, they are on hand with modern diagnostic systems and help users with application problems.

However, the job profile of IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) can focus on very different areas of responsibility - depending on the company, industry, field of work and specialization. The tasks you will learn during your training are regulated by the ordinance on vocational training in the field of information and telecommunications technology. The typical working environment as an IT specialist specializing in system integration (m/f/d) is the office. Typically, you will also have flexible working hours in this profession; business trips are usually rare.

After your training, you will work in companies in the IT sector or in IT departments of companies in a wide range of industries and economic sectors.

Our trainees at Synostik GmbH are integrated into our ongoing projects and are therefore already part of the project team. As part of the team, they are given tasks that have to be completed independently. In this way, we support our trainees in various skills such as social skills, technical skills and methodological skills. Our trainees are allowed to contribute their own ideas and take part in training courses that are important to them.
